Shipping policy
We know you are eager to receive your FinishSnap custom charm and clip it onto your gym bag! Because every single piece is custom-drawn and manufactured specifically for you, our shipping timeline is split into two parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.
1. CUSTOM PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME Since your item is 100% personalized, it takes a few days to bring your finish line moment to life.

Design Draft (1-2 Business Days): After you place your order and upload your photo, our design team will create a draft for your review.

Production (3-4 Business Days): Once you approve the design draft, your order goes into production. We print, cut, and assemble your custom acrylic charm.

Total Processing Time: Please allow 4 to 6 business days for your order to be processed and made before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
(Note: If you request revisions during the design draft stage, or if there is a delay in your approval, the production time will be extended accordingly.)
2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES Once your custom piece has passed our quality check, it will be dispatched. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We utilize reliable international postal lines. Our standard estimated delivery times are:

Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 15 business days

Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days
Please note: The delivery times above are estimates. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as factors like weather, customs processing, and local postal delays are out of our control.
3. ORDER TRACKING & THE "LAST MILE" DELIVERY When your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 days for the initial tracking information to become active.
Important Tracking Note: We partner with international fulfillment carriers who handle the first leg of the journey. Once your package arrives in your destination country and clears customs, it will be handed over to your local postal service (e.g., USPS in the US, Royal Mail in the UK) for the "last mile" delivery. During this handover phase, tracking updates may occasionally pause for a few days. This is completely normal. If your tracking hasn't updated in over 7 business days after arriving in your country, please feel free to contact us, and we will help investigate.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES FinishSnap ships globally! However, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. FinishSnap is not responsible for any of these charges. All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs fees, we will not issue a refund for the custom-made product or the shipping costs.
5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We begin processing orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, FinishSnap is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost in transit before being marked as delivered, please contact us at sarahchin1989@gmail.com, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
