You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

 

SECTION 3 - CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS AND FINAL APPROVAL Our primary service involves creating custom-made products based on user-submitted photos. The process includes providing a design draft based on your submitted image. You are entitled to one (1) free revision during the drafting stage. Once you explicitly approve the final design draft, the order is immediately sent to production. After this approval, no further changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made to the design, hardware, or lanyard color.

 

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES & DISPLAY DISCLAIMER Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services are highly customized and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

Product Accuracy and Display Disclaimer: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently (RGB), we cannot guarantee that the physical printed acrylic product (CMYK) will exactly match the color of your digital photo or screen display. Additionally, because our characters are contour-cut based on the specific shape of your photo, the final dimensions (approx. 2.75 inches / 7cm or 3.54 inches / 9cm) are approximate. Minor variations in color, cut boundary, and size are a normal part of the custom manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 5 - USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY By uploading or submitting photos, images, or any other materials ("Content") to FinishSnap for the purpose of customization, you warrant and represent that you own the rights to the Content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use it. You agree not to submit any Content that is copyrighted by a third party (such as watermarked professional race photos) without explicit permission.

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FinishSnap, our directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from copyright or trademark infringement related to the Content you provide. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect the submitted Content violates third-party intellectual property rights or contains offensive, inappropriate, or illegal material.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS Because our products are highly personalized and made-to-order specifically for you, they are exempt from standard e-commerce return policies (including the EU 14-day cooling-off period). All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for non-quality related reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect photo provided). SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.
